The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant named seven persons and one unknown and alleged that while he along with his brother was going for renewal of arms licence, all the accused persons surrounded them. Guddu Singh fired at his brother Shambhu Singh and his brother died on the spot. No allegation is made against petitioner Suraj Singh.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
