JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Saroj Mahto @ Saroj Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 26.11.2019 vide Cr. Misc. No. 75627 of 2019.

No.4047 of 2020(2) dt.03-09-2020 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Saran in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
