The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sahar P.S. Case No.154 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of injury, I do not find a case fall within the ambit of Section 307 IPC, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of arrest, he shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
