Petitioner seeks bail in Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No.678 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per written report amount has been paid by the informant to Aryan and his friend Anurag Vijaybanshi.

In the written report, it is alleged that this petitioner had gone to collect the amount of rupees sixty thousand on 17.11.2018 on behalf of Aryan when he was caught and handed over to the police. He has no concern with deal of informant and Aryan.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Judge X cum Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No.678 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
