JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari has sent his explanation vide letter No. 1004 dated 3.10.2015 giving reasons for rejection of bail prayer of the petitioner, but I am not at all convinced with the explanation given by the concerned Court. It appears that the concerned Court has passed the order dated 6.7.2015 in B.P.No. 1105/2015 not on legal grounds but in whimsical manner. However, the matter is dropped with warning to the concerned Officer to be more cautious while passing bail orders.

Accordingly, this matter stands disposed of.
