JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 532 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 354(A), 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of dragging the informant and trying to outrage her modesty.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is land dispute between the parties and moreover the girl is major and injury report shows that all the injuries are simple in nature. Further, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above

No.6656 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 532 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
