Petitioner is in custody in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 357 of 2018 for the offence under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since12.12.2018 in connection with recovery of 15 liters of liquor. He submits that liquor was seized beside the road and not from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail
