Petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.585 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from conscious possession of the petitioner. As per written report, three persons were apprehended by the police, namely, Keshav Kumar, Vivek Kumar @ Batohiya, and Shubham Kumar. They disclosed the name of this petitioner as person, who managed to run away. Petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7176 of 2019(2) dt.07-02-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.585 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
