JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 191 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 353, 337, 338, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was among hundred people of the locality involved in pelting stone on the police party during raid in the locality.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he was among hundred people of the locality
