2. The petitioner is aggrieved with the decision of the respondent in rejecting his prayer for regularization of his leave as an extraordinary leave for which the petitioner is entitled.
3. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he will be satisfied if a direction is given to him to represent before the Deputy Inspector General, Railway Protection Special Force, Railway Board, New Delhi (respondent No. 3) before whom he has already made a representation, but his representation has not yet been acted upon, so that he may file a fresh representation which would act as a reminder to the concerned respondent for disposing of his representation.
4. There is no difficulty for this Court in accepting such innocuous prayer urged on behalf of the petitioner.
5. Let a fresh representation by filed by the petitioner before the Deputy Inspector General, Railway Protection Special Force, Railway Board, New Delhi (respondent No. 3), detailing his grievances, within a period
