The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 364(A), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Allegation is that one loaded country made pistol along with Rs.30,000/- is recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 4.7.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. One loaded country made pistol along with Rs.30,000/- is alleged to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released after

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after completion of one year in custody from 4.7.2018, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sessions Trial No.482 of 2018 arising out of Agrer P.S. case No.21 of 2018.
