The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dighalbank P.S. Case No. 85 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 379, 414 and 413/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in committing the theft of the motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has been made accused only on account of recovery of keys of the motorcycle and there is no material against him, the Court in inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of
