JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-02-2019 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Manjhaulia P.S. Case No. 484 of 2018, dated 28.10.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 307, 341, 323, 324, 325, 448, 380, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged in the F.I.R. that the petitioners, who were armed with bhala and garasa

The learned counsel for the petitioners has further pointed out that the brother of petitioner No. 1 has also filed a case against the informant of the present case and others and in that transaction also, some of the persons from the side of the petitioners have been injured.

There is a land dispute pending between the parties and the petitioners have taken reference of a Title suit between the parties, which is pending adjudication. Regard being had to the background facts, the nature of accusation, simple injuries having been received by the informant and the petitioners being of clean antecedents, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the present order, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West
