JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Originally, the informant filed complaint case which was converted into police case. According to the complaint case itself, the occurrence is said to have taken place two and half months ago and thereafter the informant filed the complaint case. Moreover it is informed by the petitioner that the informant married with the petitioner and presently, she is residing at the house of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33490 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C./J.M. Kishanganj in Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 55 of 2014.
