JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 516 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is that from the possession of the petitioners, one motorcycle has been seized and they were involved in committing the offence of theft of motor-cycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 07.10.2019. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners.

No.4666 of 2020(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 Considering the background of the case in which petitioners have been made accused and nothing was reovered from their conscious possession, the Court in inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. The petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S.
