The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 354(C)/34 of the Indian Penal Code Section 67(A) of the I.T. Act. The allegation against the petitioner is with regard to sending the photograph of the girl of the informant on the Whatsapp of the boy with whom her marriage was settled. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has committed no offence and the marriage of the daughter of the informant has already been solemnized on 24.11.2020 itself and as such, the informant has

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Lakhisarai in Piri Bazar P.S.
