This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.7.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 32866 of 2017, by which petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Jalley P. S. case no. 28 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned CJM Darbhanga.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner No.2 is unmarried girl aged about 20 years and she was patient of Gynecological problem whereas petitioner no.1 is her mother. They have gone to Punjab where the husband of petitioner no.1 was working as labourer and got treatment at
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14421 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 that place. Therefore, they could not surrender within time and prays for extension of time to surrender before the Court below. In view of such, four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioners from the date of receipt of copy of this order to surrender before the Court below and, in that event, the Court below will release the petitioners on bail as per terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 18.7.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 32866 of 2017.
