2. The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 01.12.2022 passed in Mutation Appeal No.43 of 2020 by the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Bettiah Sadar, West Champaran.

3. After some arguments, counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court CWJC No.2399 of 2023(2) dt.06-07-2023 2/2 submits that the remedy of revision is available to him under Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011.

4. In this background, petitioner is directed to avail his remedy according to the statute, within 30 days from the date of securing the information to the party.

5. Limitation, if any, is hereby condoned.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
