Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. J.N.Thakur, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 240 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

From perusal of paragraph 35 of the case diary, it appears that the present petitioner has been released on bond taken by the police under section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
