The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner's prayer for bail on earlier occasion was rejected vide order dated 21.01.2015. However, it was stated that this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at that stage.
Petitioner has again come up before this Court for grant of bail, however, learned counsel has not been able to persuade this Court that there has been any change in the stage.
