2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter was taken up on 08.12.2025 and was disposed of on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner to the effect that "the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present Cr. Misc. application", but after perusal of order it appears that inadvertently in the order sheet dated 08.12.2025 it is stated therein that the present Cr. Misc. application stands disposed of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6719 of 2022(3) dt.09-12-2025 2/2 with request to the learned trial court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 581 of 2020 (G.R. No. 4211 of 2020), which requires modification accordingly.

4. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the order dated 08.12.2025, it requires modification in para 3 and 5 and the same is modified as under:- "3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this case.

5. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present Cr. Misc. application. The instant Cr. Misc. application stands dismissed as withdrawn."
