2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have outraged the modesty of the informant and assaulted her in her courtyard.
4. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only with a view to save the skin of the informant from Kankarbagh P. S. Case No. 727 of 2023 which was lodged by the petitioner against the informant. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13188 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P. S. Case No. 728 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
