SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-09-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner-husband has completed one year in jail custody and the wife having committed suicide he has to marry his elder daughter, in the circumstances, he be released on bail. Let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura, in connection with S.Tr. No. 34/15, arising out of Barbigha P.S. Case No. 257/14.

This petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
