2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Alinagar P. S. Case No.69 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 337, 338, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant by means of bricks, but Annexure-2 to this petition goes to show that only one injury was found on the person of informant and the aforesaid injury attributed to other accused.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, this

No.4914 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the Court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Alinagar P. S. Case No.69 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
