1. The Learned counsel for the petitioner intends to withdraw the Writ petition with a liberty to file his show cause reply against the notice having Memo No. 102/Mu dated 15.07.2017 (Annexure-1) issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Hathua before the appropriate forum.
2. Permission is granted. Therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty
Patna High Court CWJC No.11242 of 2017(4) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the appropriate authority within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In turn, the respondent authority shall also pass appropriate orders considering the merits of the case within two months from the date of filing of the representation.
3. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ petition is disposed of.
