The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur (Tiyay O.P.) P.S. Case No. 141 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that from the written report itself it would appear that petitioner was in custody on the date of occurrence.

In the written report, it is alleged that informant got information that her husband has been shot dead near mobile shop of Ranju. The informant has further alleged that this petitioner who is in custody along with other accused persons as

In such circumstances, merely suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. Admittedly, the petitioner is in custody on the date of occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur (Tiyay O.P.)
