The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 130/2019 registered for offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that some miscreants snatched the motorcycle of the informant on the point of pistol and it appears that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., his name transpired on confession of co-accused. Apart from that he is accused in five other cases.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case on confession of co-accused and except that there is nothing against the petitioner and he has been in judicial custody since 07.06.2019.

No.5565 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 Considering the submission, as above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VI, Saran, Chara in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 130/2019 subject to the condition that petitioner will appear in the police station of his area in the first week of each month for a period of nine months or till the trial is concluded, whichever is earlier so that the police may watch the conduct of the petitioner for the aforesaid period, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Saran for needful.
