Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Considering the clean antecedent of the petitioner and nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail after framing

Case No. 167 of 2021 on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani.

The petitioner shall be released after framing of charge. Thereafter the petitioner shall make attendance in the local police station, on 1st Sunday of every month. Any default in making the attendance will result in the cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
