In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 487 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 186, 323, 307, 332, 333, 337, 353, 427, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 3 (1) (2) (e) of the Protection of Damage to Public Property Act.

As per the allegation, the Railway Police had gone for arrest of Niranjan Sah whereupon the Panchayat Samiti collected 200-250 men and women and they stopped the railway movement and also damaged the property of the Railway. The petitioner has been identified in the videography. When the mob had gone for ransack, the Police resorted to firing, in that incident

As there is no specific allegation made against the petitioner who is in custody since 04.05.2016, the petitioner, Aaro Saw, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 487 of 2014, subject to the condition that (i) one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner (ii) if the petitioner is found involved in future in similar type of case, the prosecution will be at liberty to make prayer for cancellation of his bail and the court below will pass necessary order, including cancellation of bail and (iii) the petitioner would cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass the order, including cancellation of bail bonds.
