The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 467, 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The police apprehended the petitioner with Bolero vehicle bearing registration no. JH-01 XB 8963. It is alleged that on the basis of the disclosure made by the petitioner the stolen vehicle was recovered.

It is submitted that the vehicle recovered from possession of the petitioner is registered in the name of mother of the petitioner. There is no report of theft. Similarly situated other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail as the vehicle was duly transferred.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35482 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 196 of 2015.
