The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273/414/420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The driver of the vehicle from which liquor was recovered disclosed name of the petitioner as co-culprit. The petitioner has got an identical criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the driver has already been allowed bail and the petitioner has remained in jail more than that of the driver. The petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

No.17064 of 2021(2) dt.02-08-2021 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 126 of 2020 with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) That the petitioner shall remain physically present in Court on each and every date till framing of the charges unless there is strong reason for absence. (Birendra Kumar, J) Mkr./- U T
