The petitioner seeks bail in Kharagpur (Shampur) P.S. Case No. 40/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26(1) of the Arms Act.

One loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 14.02.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Kharagpur (Shampur) P.S. Case No. 40/2015.
