Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order dated 16.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 15524 of 2016, petitioner has filed an appeal before the State Appellate Authority but the State Appellate Authority without going into the merit of the appeal, dismissed the same on the ground of limitation, even though, when the Hon'ble Court had directed to

Patna High Court CWJC No.2011 of 2020(3) dt.07-05-2024 2/2 condone the delay, if any.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to again approach the State Appellate Authority and the State Appellate Authority is well advised to pass an order on the merits of the case and in accordance with law, after condoning the delay, if any.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ application is disposed of.
