No. 23477 of 2015 to the extent of correcting the father's name of the petitioner as Late Bhullu Yadav and the address be read as Resident of village Rasalpur, P.S. Fatuha, District - Patna instead of parentage name as Late Bholu Prasad Resident of villageRasalpur, P.S. Jurabanpur, District - Vaishali. The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the main petition.

The order dated 13.07.2015 stands modified to the extent that the father's name of the petitioner be read as Late Bhullu Yadav, Resident of village Rasalpur, P.S. Fatuha, District - Patna and in the last portion of the order be read as learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33585 of 2015 (2) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 ACJM, Patna City instead of Patna.

Let the order be transmitted to the court of learned ACJM, Patna City in connection with Daniyawan P.S. Case No. 100 of 2014.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
