Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 324 and 307 of Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners submit that the allegations are general in nature and the dispute arose over flowing of water in the field damaging some crops. The petitioners are said to have assaulted the prosecution side, causing grievous injuries. In view of nature of allegations, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25137 of 2016 (2) dt.30-06-2016 2/2 bail of the petitioners is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be disposed of on its own merit without prejudice, preferably on the same day.
