JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named and it appears that name of the petitioner came in confessional statements of co-accused, Vinod Rai and Rambinay Yadav. Co-accused, Rambinay Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and so far as co-accused, Vinod Rai is concerned, he has also been directed to be released on bail after framing of the charge.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Uma
