The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Civil Line P.S. Case No. 13 of 2012 registered under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The dispute between the parties is civil in nature. Further he submits that title suit is also pending in between the parties.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16810 of 2021(2) dt.04-01-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Civil Line P.S.
