Petitioner is in jail custody since 9.3.2016 in a case registered under sections 448, 387, 436, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is son-in-law of the informant and, as a matter of fact, there was matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and his parents-in-law and that is the reason of false implication of the petitioner in this case. Moreover, informant only claims to this extent that the petitioner and two others were seen fleeing from the place of occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
