Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to have given Fasuli blow on the head of informant and so far as Nanad of the informant is concerned; she was assaulted by other accused and furthermore, the informant sustained simple injury, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chandauti P.S.
