The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Vide order dated 15.02.2023, a report was called for, regarding the stage of trial. In compliance thereof, a report sent by Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Patna City, Patna dated 22.03.2023, is kept at flag 'A', whereby it is submitted that the next date is fixed for prosecution evidence on 05.04.2023. Considering the submissions made in the report, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner named above. The prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
