The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379, 411, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was arrested running with the stolen motorcycle. It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated. The petitioner is in jail since 09.05.2015. Petitioner remained in jail for more than three months and has got no criminal antecedent except one matrimonial dispute filed under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
