2. The petitioner who is the widow of the late employee has sought a direction to the respondent authorities for payment of MACP and fixing of the family pension of her late husband accordingly.

3. It has been represented on behalf of the petitioner in the writ petition that her husband was granted first and second ACP but was not given the benefits of the third ACP under MACP rules. Representation which the petitioner has made before the Superintending Engineer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.3760 of 2019 dt.27-02-2019 2/2 Rural Works Department, Work Circle, Saharsa has yielded no result till date.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Superintending Engineer, Rural Works Department, Work Circle, Madhepura, detailing her grievances within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the same shall be disposed of by the concerned respondent and if the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary/sequel order shall be passed within the aforesaid period.

5. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
