JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with G.R. No. 78/2021, arising out of Tandwa P.S. Case No. 103 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354(A), 379, 448, 341, 323, 324, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Co-accused Janeshwar Ram is on bail granted bail by this Court. Petitioner is in custody since 02.05.2022.

Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
