Petitioner is in custody connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019 for the offence under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he has used forged BETET marksheet in the matter of procuring job. The petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on
