Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 9.1.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 26428/2014 and analogous cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that while rejecting prayer for bail of the petitioner and other co-accused Dheeraj Rai @ Dheeraj Kumar, this court directed to issue notice to those co-accused persons who had been granted bail and after issuance of notice, aforesaid co-accused appeared and filed show cause and their show cause notice was accepted by this court. The case of the petitioner stands on similar footing to those accused persons who have already been granted bail by coordinate bench of this court.
