2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section(s) 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Unknown criminals looted the motorcycle in question. The name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of co-accused namely Sumit Kumar who was caught on the spot.
4. The petitioner is accused in one more case and he is in custody since 17.10.2023
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st Arwal/concerned Court below in connection with Rampur Chouram P.S. Case No. 94 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 6(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Mahendiya Police Station, Arwal on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
6(ii) The petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and on absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, the bail bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.
