Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, petitioner is named but an omnibus allegation of assault has been levelled against the petitioner and other accused. The informant sustained altogether five injuries and out of them, four injuries are said to be simple in nature whereas; one injury on the abdomen of the injured has been shown as dangerous in nature.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33770 of 2015 (3) dt.28-08-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 423 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.
