JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 07-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the informant jointly submit that dispute between the parties stands resolved through mediation proceedings and the learned Mediator vide his report dated 30.08.2022 has also recorded that dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation, the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them is also annexed with report.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he in terms of the agreement reached between the parties will pay the amount to the informant by means of draft within a period of six

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8018 of 2022(4) dt.07-12-2022 2/2 weeks from today and the draft would be submitted before the learned trial court from where the same can be handed over to the informant.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that the moment the petitioner submits the draft in terms of the agreement, the informant will withdraw all the cases filed against the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Saran Mahila P.S. Case No. 43 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
