This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.166 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 392, 307 & 326 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

Unknown criminal have looted a goldsmith.

The name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of co-accused namely, Pravin Kumar Soni. 4.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2024. He is accused in seven more criminal cases. 5.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4997 of 2025(3) dt.19-04-2025 2/2 has not been put on T.I. parade and there is no recovery from the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement of co-accused and also the fact that he is accused in seven more criminal cases, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
