Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner along with Kampani Mahto and Sonu Mandal went to the house of the deceased and took him from his house. Subsequently, dead body of the deceased was found in a ditch. The present case was lodged after three days of alleged occurrence and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, coaccused Kampani Mahto and Sonu Mandal have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
